A question posed to mock someone's short attention span (ADD stands for Attention-Deficit Disorder). In other words, "Are you always distracted this much?"

John: "So he turns around and slaps her and--OOO LOOK AT THAT BIRD, IT'S HUGE! Gee, birds are amazing..."
Jane: "Uhh John, ADD much?"
