Šiptar (shiptar) is what the Albanians call themselves, and that word is offensive in any other country (Serbia, Bosnia, Big Croatia).
Šiptardžija is someone who is worse than a šiptar (someone who is a big šiptar).

- That nigga Bruno is a šiptar.

- Nah man, he is worse than that, he is a šiptardžija.

- Got 'em!
