Adjective: When you are doing a job correctly but the circumstances keep getting changed for the worse by things out of your control.
I got Landoed by my boss today when he sent me to do a job but never gave me all the instructions and the customer had to fill me in with extra stuff I was supposed to do.

Lando, as in Lando Calrissian from the original Star Wars Trilogy. You use the name, or "word" in this case, as an adjective to describe something that is hip, funky, smooth, just like Lando. The use of "Lando" in a phrase was first coined by Mark, of Classic Game Room HD, the video game review channel on youtube, in his review of the Star Wars Arcade game for the Sega 32X when he said "I'm going to use a Star Wars name as an adjective to describe this. Star Wars Arcade is 'Lando'."
