1. The purposeful and unfair mistreatment of a subordinate, student, player, or child because of ill-feelings towards them.
2. The polar oppisite of favoritism.

Why do you always treat Owen worse than the other salespeople. That is shititism.

shimaism

A doctrine that suggests being there for one another in ups and downs. Followers of Shimaism usually get together at nights and stay up until dawn. They tend to talk, watch short comedy episodes and eat yogurt mixed with cucumber. Chips dipped into this special mixed yogurt are also of great popularity amongst Shimaists.

The term is sometimes used in association with the type of tasks done.

Examples:
This night is a Shimatic night.
Don't you worry. She is a Shima, she'll take care of it all.
He turned into a Shimaism.
