Pronounced "caught" followed by the Japanese character for the sound "bē" like the word "better" which is not pronounced when saying the full word. Related to esoteric fascism, and Kaliacc (Kali Yuga Accelerationism).

The "pilled" is an expression as if someone has taken a supplement (such as the "red-pill") in which gave them white supremacist and pro-anorexia views.
"Kot" comes from a shortened nickname of a person formerly known as @Kotoura.von.fischer on Instagram, who has said forced young teenage girls into becoming anorexic, racist slaves.
This phrase is usually used on the app Discord, and sometimes seen on Instagran.
