When a company deliberately attempts to completely emulate the mannerisms of the cast of hit NBC show “The Office”.

My boss has decided to hire a camera crew, be severely immature and childish, make crude jokes and spout out quotes that millennials will use on a coffee cup or t shirt. He’s totally officing.

A person in the office environment, who claims to put in 110% for the good of the office, can talk the talk, but struggles to walk the walk (or simply unable to achieve anything).

Peer response manifests as frustration or mocking of the said individual.

The Office Lightweight is usually a person from middle management.

Person A: "So I asked Kelvin for a day off, as my wife's in hospital. Bloody prick said no worries... my roster came out and had we working 25hrs that day....FFS"

Man with vague military pretensions who goes out of his way (usually in a somewhat obnoxious manner) to make sure you know about it. Served, but only with minimum effort possible in order to claim the bragging rights. Probably never got shot at.

Offical - The official combination of the word "Office" and "Musical".

Jack will be switching offices until may and he will be in the Office that Jenna is currently in. Jenna will be moving to Joey's old office. The new hiree will be going where Mary K. sits, and Mary K. will be going where Jack used to be.

This is a classical situation of "Offical" chairs.
