A cleveland steamer isn't what everyone else on this site thinks it is, apparently. Popularized by Tenacious D, the idea has as of late been it's just taking a dump on your lover's chest. This is incorrect. A cleveland steamer is the result of tit-fucking, you take a shit first and don't wipe your ass, then titfuck your girlfriend and it leaves a streak of shit on her stomach.

cleveland steamer
