The arrogance and ignorance of country combined with the selfish and ruthless nature developed while living in the city.

2.Someone who is extremely offensive but gets butthurt when you call him out on it.

3. A simpleton who lacks enough self awareness to see the hypocrisy in his actions and opinions.

4. A trump supporter.
