Procrasturbate

The act of pleasuring oneself (aka "knock one out") in order to avoid a dull or arduous task.

It's possibly a more heath concious version of procrastineating. :o)

Dave: Have you finished that report you have been working on?
John: Sorry, I have been procrasturbating all day.
Dave: Man, all you ever do is procrasturbate. I bet your old fella looks like a Walnut Whip?
