The phrase "My Roman Empire" is a bit of a "meme" people use to refer to something that doesn't get out of their heads, they think about it all the time. For example I enjoy listening to Mitski singing, My Roman Empire is listening to Mitski singing.

Romans, are fun thoughtful and care a lot about you. they are sensitive and have a heart for the ones they care about. they love sports and love to tease and make fun of that special girl (if you know what im saying) they care so much about there younger siblings and want the best for them. but tease there older ones for the pure joy of it. they can be annoying and messy but they have a heart deep down inside you just have to make a good friendship to see it! did I mention there HOT!!!

Upon announcing to him he can’t hang he crashes out and proceeds to say “I’ve been drinking since I was 7.” After a statement like that everyone can’t help but notice he is guilty of (not being able to hang).
