Creeper

A person who is desperate for any attention, but fails to get it. Creepers are always in the pursuit of CAF though they deny that they are. Creepers often possess humongous eyes that make any conversation with one of them extremely awkward. Creepers use thier eyes to creep off and stare at CAFs for hours on end.

Girl: I swear he's been staring at me for over an hour.
Other Girl: Don't you know?
Girl: Know what?
Other Girl: He's a creeper!
Girl: Ahhhhh!

A boy/man who comes over to your house randomly/ txts you randomly/sneaks up behind you while youre peacefully watching gossip girl/ stares at you during dinner as if you are withholding some piece of information from him/ comments "hehe" on your pics/ fb stalks you/ is just plain weird/sometimes a brotherly figure :)
