3 sheets to the wind

To understand this phrase we need to enter the arcane world of nautical terminology. Sailors' language is, unsurprisingly, all at sea and many supposed derivations have to go by the board. Don't be taken aback to hear that sheets aren't sails, as landlubbers might expect, but ropes (or occasionally, chains). These are fixed to the lower corners of sails, to hold them in place. If three sheets are loose and blowing about in the wind then the sails will flap and the boat will lurch about like a drunken sailor. (credit to phrases.org.uk)

Pistol Winker 

One who makes a representation of a gun with their thumb and index finger while simultaneously winking their eye and pretending to fire the imaginary “hand gun” with a sound effect of a sucking your teeth.

David is an annoying pistol winker. Whenever someone has a good idea that he likes, he pistol winks them and makes that annoying sound.

pigeons. Some people see them as the equivalent of rats because they spread disease and are found in great abundance in city centres getting under people's feet - see chavs, townies etc. See also flite for what they produce.

Winteragnarok 

A phrase used to describe a snowstorm when Snowpocalypse and Snowmaggedon aren't sufficient. A Winteragnarok is often characterized by heavy amounts of ice hidden under several feet of snow.

Even Jesus Christ wouldn't try to drive in Winteragnarok.

Rufus, put the donkey back in the garage. There's no way we're going out in this Winteragnarok. The ressurrection can wait.

winter widow 

A term spoken by wives of snow plowers, linemen, and other winter weather workers who choose to trivialize what it actually means to be a widow and a single parent. They define themselves this way looking for sympathy that they have to be alone/parent alone for long stretches in the winter months even though they get a trade off, in the form of a partner financially providing and also returning home. Can most likely be found in a warm home drinking wine out of personalized glasses and wearing lularoe leggings.

"I haven't seen hubby since last night and I've been alone with the kids ALL day. Time to drink wine and use the term winter widow in a hashtag on all of my posts today"

winegar 

Winegar is an eccentric theatrical director with a no nonsense, no blackout style which might seem crazy at first but kinda works. He is the embodiment of a back stage crew that has got completely mad (as usual) but has developed a calm filtered demeanor. Winegar is also what you shout when you need his presence or just have to shout but cannot swear.

Use 1: This is a Winegar show if I ever saw one. There are no blackouts.

Use 2: WINEGAR!!!

Use 3: God Winegar all of my lights are out.

Windows variables

Variables that windows uses (that you can use too) as shortcuts for files / directories (folders), typed in-between percentage symbols (%).

These are examples of windows variables (windows 7) :
%ALLUSERSPROFILE% -- C:\Program\Data
%APPDATA% -- C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming.
%USERNAME% -- Your user name that you are using.
%CMDCMDLINE% -- C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe
%COMPUTERNAME% -- Computer name
