The act of adhering to a simple philosophy in which a person strives to do the bare minimum whenever opportune, only executing at peak performance when it actually matters, i.e. finessing whenever possible. All situations that do not apply should be approached with a "no fucks given" mentality. A person can only be classified as a dog if the previously stated criterion is enacted on the regular.
