Disney Channel Moment

When people say a phrase that is juvenile, weird, gay, and very unappealing, typically used by Disney Channel actors or their cult- like fans, and usually involves old-school
or generally odd expressions.

Dan: Hey, we still have to do our project! We're doomed!

Lee: Oh, that? Don't worry! We still have lots of time! When's it due again?

Dan: Tomorrow!

Lee: OH! We are doomed!

Mike: Man, that was really gay. Such a Disney Channel Moment.

Dan: Really? Man!

a moment

A silent moment between two people (either gender, hetrosexual, homosexual, or bi-sexual) in which prolonged eye contact is made and initial feelings of attraction are felt. Often referred to simply as a "moment."

In the Mexican (2001, Dreamworks), Samantha (Julia Roberts) is in a diner with Winston(James Gandolfini), whom Samantha believes to be Leroy, and as they have a discussion, Winston gazes up and looks across the diner and makes prolonged eye-contact with another man, pauses, and then resumes his conversation with Samantha:

Samantha- What was that?

Winston-What?

Samantha-That. That moment you had.

Winston-What moment?

Samantha-Leroy, you just checked out that guy and had a moment.

Samantha-That was a moment.

Winston-I don't know if it was a moment.

Samantha-(Are you gay?)

Winston-- As in happy?
Samantha- As in homosexual.

Nigga Moment

Just plain in simple a nigga moment is when the mind of a logical negro male is overwhelmed by ignorance. Some say that nigga moments can happen anywhere,they can. Nigga moments occur by simply just stepping on a nigga's shoes. Nike's these days are like $150 landmines step on one and boom a nigga moment happens. Nigga moments cannot be resolved by peace.

A nigga steppin on another nigga's kicks and then both them nigga's start shooting and shit. niggas is wild. for instance i live in canton, ohio you know niggas is crazy up here, Nigga moments occur by the seconds

Braveheart Moment

The moment that you stand up against what's wrong, where you fight for what's right, and you feel damn good doing it.

Symptoms lead to rubbing face paint on yourself, pacing back and forth while motivating others, and yelling FREEDOM. Often cases, you want to yell this before you beat someone's ass or do something courageous.

"Listen asshole, I'm going to beat your ass!" -Derek

"No... no you won't... not this time... THIS IS MY BRAVEHEART MOMENT, FREEEEEDOM!" -Kyle

HD Moment

Viewing any High Definition video and seeing something that, if the video was in standard definition, would otherwise have gone unnoticed or unrecognized. As long as the source is outputting at 720p or above, it is considered High Definition.

Thanks to that HD moment, I was finally able to see the dummy T1000 driving the truck in Terminator 2.
