Better Shut Up

(Command): The vocalization of ones' desire for another person or persons to stop talking; and/or, shut up.

-Not to be confused with the phrase "You better shut up"; it is more of a generalized request for silence, and not directed or limited to one specific person.

Person 1: "Hey bro, if you aren't busy at the moment, I would really appreciate it if we could talk about your behavior in front of my family last week."
Person 2: "What do you mean, dude?"
Person 1: "Well, it just isn't cool that you took your pants off at dinner and started to beat off on my brothers plate while telling everyone to 'Better shut up'"
Person 2: "Better shut up"

#2. a reference to the expression "feel better now" and "I feel a lot better now"

#3. may be used to say something makes you feel good, happy, better.

ex #1: "Dude, we're done with finals! Let's go celebrate on my couch with a bowl of feel a whole lot better now."

"Totally, man. First chillum on me."


ex #2: (inside classroom student to teacher)
"I'm sorry my paper's not done, Mrs.T, I just feel so sick."

"No prob Bob, feel better now, ya hear?"

(hallway student to student)
"Mrs.T just gave me a bowl of feel better now and I feel a lot better now."


ex #3:

"I feel like I was getting sick before, but that chicken soup was like eating a bowl of feel a lot better now."

or

Better Than Ezra

Amazing band that has been around for years. Finally they have made a new album called Before The Robots. Better Than Ezra is said to be named after Ezra Fitch from Abercrombie and Fitch as way back a band member was a model for A&F and decided to quit and be "Better Than Ezra."

Dude 1: Have you heard of Better Than Ezra?
Dude 2: OF COURSE! The are AWESOME, i've known about them for years.
Dude 1: Their music is addictive!
