A person who has spent so much time locked up, they have no goals no dreams no aspirations, but they happy to leech onto someone that can feed into all they itty bitty bullshit, then drag them down with their past.
Wilma was so excited to get married to Fred this summer, after he was locked up for 4 years, but it turns out Fred is still married to another woman, has a lame job and lives in his daughter'sstorafe shed. Poor Wilma, Fred's just a lifer.
