2 scores and 13 years ago, our nation was plagued with a severe case of the giggles. It was a difficult time for many as they could not control their laughter. However, one person was not affected and his name was Kirk. Kirk felt so alone, he couldn’t talk to anyone without them laughing. He felt like THE laughing stock of our nation.
