If I'm not sure about the definition of a word, I might check the Oxford English Dictionary for an accurate and in-depth definition.

restaurant English

The minimal amount of English a foreign-born waiter or busboy learns in order to communicate with his/her customers—"hamburger," "fork," "cheese," etc.

Atlantic (English) Accent 

Common of British Americans, a dialect of English that’s not quite British and not quite American. As when you go “across the pond” the middle is the Atlantic between the UK and USA, the perfect compromise.
You see they understand me everywhere! I have an Atlantic (English) Accent. Bloody Aluminum!

A certain dialect of the English language in which Japanese voice actors try to speak English. It's hilarious.

Anti English capital letters movement 

this is a movement to get rid of any capital letters in the English language.
Niki and Q was not involved with the anti English capital letters movement therefore we hate them
