A person who can not control the direction of their piss.

When a grown man is sitting in a car and instead of getting out to pee in a bush, gets a 20 oz coke bottle and decides to piss in it, the end result is piss in the air vents, on a skateboard, in a cupholder, and on cell phone all because of their silly string.

One who stints.. or in otherwords one who gets with an ugly or young girl and then hides it from everyone in an attempt to not be found out.

However, if one is to admit the "stint" before being questioned and jokes about it, they are not a stinter.

Mauer is a stinter and a diddler

Sweet Amber is not a stint, and is out a pair of shoes.
