The state of a being, action, or object that deserves true recognition, further contemplating, or in certain cases, a recognition of a persons actions that are truley without a rational consciousness. Commonly over used. Not to be used for artificial bullshit, only used when something truely "sick" occurs.

"The whole side of that building had a sick murel design.", " That concert was sick." or "That sick fuck threw a microwave out of his car window."
