The act of using homosexual endeavors to phase an opponent in an organized sport. To be done properly the fruity pick must be done on a heterosexual, and preformed in an agressive manner to throw you foe into a fit of disgust. Physical contact is must, and as a secondary measure, homosexual verbal cues can also be used.

MILF Pick

The very last pick in Little League Baseball draft. Usually plays right field and would NEVER be chosen by any coach who has not observed that his Mom is a MILF. Only redeeming quality: his Mom will do anything to keep him from doing pine time (sitting the bench).
