1) A male who spends too much money and time on chick because he is horny and is begging for a date. While it is almost always a man obsessed with a girl, it is sometimes the other way around or homosexual.

2) An insult used by a male friend (usually a simp themselves) because they are jelous of their friend's confidence and social skills with women, even if the man is in fact simpin (verbal form). Although when used as an insult, this usually isn't the case.

situation 1, real simpin:

Jenifer: uuugh I want an iPhone 11 soooooooo bad!
Evan: I'll pay for it!

Situation 2, as an insult:
Aidan: Hey Nicole I think you're really pretty, wanna go out sometime?

Adain: stfu you're just jealous cause I scored the hottest girl in the school.
