a type of man generally found near playgrounds and school gates. More rarely noticed lurking in the shadows near Mr Whippy ice cream vans. Particularly dangerous to young girls and boys of a certain age who still wear above the knee shorts.

....'Police today arrested a man in a mac near the county primary school. He was found to be in possesion of two bags of haribo star mix, a thomas the tank engine annual and a tub of KY jelly. A spokesman warned angry mothers and Daily Mail readers not to storm the police station and lynch him.'

go fall in a hole

A phrase used to express anger and revenge, when someone says go fall in a hole they want someone to accidentally fall in a deep hole and not be able to get out. Then be stuck there for an eternity, and no one is around to help. this is a sacred phrase that is only used in desperate times.

Kyley screamed at a random stranger that spilled coffee on her, to go fall in a hole. She must be really mad!

Shake the money tree in a wine cave

Fancy political fundraisers for rich donors. In 2019 photos surfaced in which Pete Buttigieg, mayor of South Bend, IN was seated with rich donors in a Napa valley wine cave for a fundraising event. During Dec. 2019 debate, Elizabeth Warren attacked Buttigieg for appealing to rich donors instead of grassroots supporters by using this imagery. A few minute later, Andrew Yang stated his campaign reform policy would increase women and minority elected to offices around the country because "they don't have to shake the money tree in a wine cave", gesturing to Buttigieg.

You will have many many more women run for office because they don't have to shake the money tree in a wine cave.

Born in a Barn

Originally used to say "you left the door open", based on the fact that barn doors were left open by farmers to let animals in or out.

More recently, it has been used to simply indicate that a person is ignorant or uneducated as if they were brought up on a farm.

"it's really cold outside and you left the door open! were you born in a barn?"
