The entire island of Luzon was placed under enhanced community quarantine beginning on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. It lasted until April 30 in some areas and May 15 in others.

Calling a community a black community was a lot like calling it a white community, it was a divisive thing to do. The community was more of a grey community, somewhere between the two truths most people told as their own.
