To indirectly make a request of a person by verbally talking about what you need from them without directly asking them. Asking for a friend is a common obvious way of dry asking but often times dry asking is not as obvious. Often manipulative and rude. Punks, simps, people pleasers, and thirsty members of the opposite sex are easy targets of dry asking.
*The victim and bystander in this scenario is aware that the that the asker is most likely broke before the verbal exchange.
Dry Asker: How much does a Heath bar cost down at the corner store?
Thirsty Victim: I think they are $2.29. Here's 5 bucks.
Informed Bystander to Victim: Don't let them be rude and dry ask you for money like that. They're totally manipulating you.

A roast you use when you are not interested or not want to hear about something. It's also a comeback to insults or negative things people ask.
Bully: You're ugly and I hate you. You're such a dickhead and you probably don't have any friends
Me: Don't Care + Didn't Ask + You're Gay
Bully: *walks away*

Something a incoherent kid says when an argument isn't going their way and your whole class acts like made the greatest comeback of the century
Guy 1: "Bro shut up I banged your mom last night"
Guy 2: "Who?"
Guy 1: "I banged your mo-"
Guy 2: Who Asked?"
Class: "OOOOOOOOOOOO HE GOT ROASTED OOOOOOO"
Guy 2: "Who?"
Guy 1: "I banged your mo-"
Guy 2: Who Asked?"
Class: "OOOOOOOOOOOO HE GOT ROASTED OOOOOOO"

A common phrase used during internet arguments either when one states something entirely unrelated to the topic at hand, or when one lacks sufficient brain cells to form a valid/logical argument.
1.
*Two people having a conversation*
Person 3: I bought a second lambourghini last week
Person 1: Who asked?
2.
Twitter user 1: I personally think *piece of media* has its high points, but overall fails to deliver in many areas dominated by its competitors.
Twitter user 2: I'm journeyed all the way to a remote lake in the Finnish mountains and I still can't find who asked.
