To understand that all adults are intact never to be so childish as to not laugh, it is Wise to do so in fact.
A person Can not be a child emotionally while walking firm in their adult-hood. You will be inclined to have foolish ways or do foolish things… Hence One would be a Fool (Bipolar; Schizophrenic)
