Spinhead - Someone who is being weird, talking shit and not making any sense almost like they are still hammered from a busy weekend on the sesh. Or could be used anytime someone is acting strange like wearing slippers to the pub.

Eg. 'Why are you rolling around on the floor, youre such a spinhead'
