shleader

Shleader is a sheep disguised as a leader in typically large organizations. Person usually holds a position of authority and power but fails to act with leadership and typically does not have a back-bone, integrity, transparency and fails to act, raise difficult conversations or facts to colleagues or those in position of authority over them. Instead shleaders choose to allow unethical behaviours, falsehoods, wrongdoings to continue by either turning a blind eye or by actively participating in them.

Recent Penn State Affair and failure of officials within the organization to act when provided information about potential sexual abuse of young children by well known football coach.

Countless "leaders" in government and large private institutions choose to be shleaders in order to keep the peace with colleagues, maintain employment and not risk their place in the organization.

shredder fodder

Junk mail that contains personal information or requests for personal information that you don't want stolen. Such as credit card payoff checks, loan applications, and pre-approved notices. The goal is to prevent identity theft.

This credit card payoff check is shredder fodder. I don't want some one committing forgery with this shredder fodder to buy goods.
