i've lived in all parts of the city... Feltonville, olney, Port richmond, university city, frankford, fox chase and parkwood...and im gonna tell you that its all ghetto...all over. no matter if your in the NE or the badlands. Whereever septa runs a bus, youll find a ghetto. Whererver theres an apartment building, a mall, or a project, youll definately find a ghetto. And with the city becoming more and more desolate, jobs moving out, crime growing, economy plummiting, abondoned buildings spreading, the citie's 'badlands' will infest the "white neighborhoods" in no time. 20 years from now, youll all wish you lived in scranton, or reading, or allentown. The way things are going here, centercity wont be a community, it will be a tourist atraction and thats it. people wont live here unless they have no other choice. People who can afford it now are moving out, and thats what will continue to happen until the entire city looks like np or wp

Philadelphia 

Okay, okay, I may be a bit biased here since I live and grew up in Northeast Philly, but hear me out. Philadelphia is an amazing city. It's the home of the Eagles and what might be the BEST FOOTBALL SONG EVER (suck it pittsburgh), it's home of the cheesesteak, the Liberty Bell, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, New York City is only 3 hours away, there's a Wawa on every corner of every street, the people are energetic and love eachother like family, Center City is beautiful and there's a lot of shops, it's incredibly diverse, one of the most advanced public middle schools is down here, and most importantly, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were written downtown. But nothing is perfect. There's always the violent drunkards and drug dealers in north philly, there's a bit of a rat infestation in south philly, everyone's a shitty driver and is a bit too passionate about the Eagles, the Flyers suck ass, and it can get really stupid and conservative. But hey, at least we're not Detroit! (sorry dad)

Philadelphia, often reffered to as Philly, is a wonderously tasty full fat soft cheese, first made in America 1872 by William Lawrence (Hero) although the first European records of "cream cheese" date back to as early as 1651... Apperently it has a pH range of 4.4 to 4.9. Mental. Furthermore, it is fantastic on crackers. (Also a city.)
