A word to describe someone who has failed beyond epic fail and epic phail. This person has completely and utterly mis-interpreted everything he/ she has encountered. Often used to over exaggerate said failure since who has ever failed THAT badly?

Person 1 : i just heard someone killed themself with a pillow.
