Comedy Genius who was the head writer for Mystery Science Theater 3000 and also the star in the latter seasons after Joel Hodgson left MST3K.
Mike Nelson meted out mocking justice to some of the worst films ever made, such as the vomit-on-a-stick movie Hobgoblins and the dumpster-diving contest that is The Beast of Yucca Flats, thus making the world a little more just and fair.

Nipigon Nylons

A term referring to the layering of socks to keep one's feet warm during cold outdoor excursions. Usually the last layer is a pair of polyester/wool blend work socks ("Nipigon Nylons")which both genders tend to wear during the winter season in Northern Ontario, Canada when enjoying outdoor recreation or performing work. Usually combined with insulated water-resistant boots.

Nipigon is a small town in Northwestern Ontario, approximately 110 km east of Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada.

"It's gonna get down to -40 eh, better put on your Nipigon Nylons eh"
