To get mandingoed is to get hit in the balls.

It works off of the term 'mandingo' to mean somebody with a huge penis and also the type of fighting portrayed in the film 'Django Unchained'.

The female version of a "Mandingo" (Mandingo is a reference to one with an abnormally large penis). A "Mandingette" is one with abnormally large/bubbly posterior or breasts.
