an example of something happening that could be viewed as sad or tragic, but could also be alternatively viewed as funny, or comedic.

Watching someone slip and fall.

"Did you see what happened to Nathan?"
"No, what happened?"
"He broke up with his girlfriend after she was cheating on him. I mean, she should have dumped him first if she was going to do something like that"
"Man thats harsh"
"What? I think its funny"
"How is it funny?"
"well its one of the best examples of hatredy, i love it, you hate it"

Hagrid

Excessive amount of pubic hair. Totally untamed, untrimmed, all natural 70's bush. Obviously, the term gets its name from the Harry Potter Character, Rubeus Hagrid, who's face looks like it's covered entirely with pubes.

So that girl last night... yeah, total Hagrid. It looked like the gamekeeper was taking a nap between her legs.

hatriotism

A term best applied to right-wing fearmongers who claim anything non-white and non-Christian to be evil. It's also the force behind such measures as the Patriot Act, the Defense of Marriage Act, and the War on "Terror" (a.k.a. Oilgate).

By keeping the terror alert in America at a constant high through acts of hatriotism, the Bush Administration hopes to distract the average American voter just long enough to win his or her vote this November. Those darned evil-doers.
