Much like Karen's, Andy's are always butt-hurt and have something to complain about. Frequently it is due to their lack of football knowledge and terrible draft and roster production on a week-by-week basis.
A typical "Andy" would use as follows: The Commishioner is unfair, he teases me when I don't break 100 points and it hurts my feelings.
