chillax

A ridiculous term, basically a tautology, which has absolutely no reason for existing other than the middle consonant of "relax" is the same as the last consonant of "chill", and both words have the same meaning. A waste of everyone's time. It's just not cool.

"I'm too cool to say "relax" or "chill" so I have to combine them and say "chillax", when actually the two words are synonyms anyway. Aren't I clever eh?"

"Well you would have been quite clever, but it's been said a million times before and now has over 40 entries on the Urban Dictionary, so sorry love, I'm gonna have to overrule you on that. "Not three bad" was funny once, you know?"

Chillax

A portmanteau of the words "chill" and "relax", meaning to relax purposefully and intentionally.

I'm so stressed right now all I want to do is go home and chillax with a small bottle of pinot grigiot and a big 'ol bag of Funyons. Hopefully this intense chillaxing will lead to a genuine relaxation experience, during which time I might actually be able to let go of my cares and worries, for example, whether I'll be successful in my upcoming eviction trial; whether my sexual indiscretions warrant additional STD screenings; or whether my chronic unemployment is due to my own ineptitude and laziness rather than the systemic issues with labor market.

chillax

A word most commonly associated with chilling and relaxing. These events sometime occur at the same time. But basically, this word was coined in essence because of the overuse of the words chill and relax. This is the modern usage of these latter terms. It has been reported that this word was first used by David Kram, a Missouri resident. Lets chillax!
