Bravo Vince is in reference to Vince Gilligan, one of the producers and writers for The X-Files and creator of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. He's widely considered a modern day auteur of television. Bravo Vince can be used sincerely as a complement, but is more commonly used sarcastically in response to a false or exaggerated behind-the-scenes claim - usually predicated by "fun fact" or "little known fact" - making light of the lengths the shows' crews would be known go to for quality.
Person A: Little known fact, when one of the cousins needed to be an amputee, Vince Gilligan himself sawed the actor's legs off personally. He was screaming the entire time, but when it comes to authenticity and craftsmanship, Vince Gilligan takes no prisoners.
Person B: Wow, that's impressive! Bravo Vince!

When someone stays up all night drinking and carousing, only to transform into an alternate personality after a certain time or quantity of alcohol. After the transformation, this person acts significantly out-of-character and may frighten or confuse those around them. May include significant re-enactment of television or movie characters or spontaneous eruptions into song - both hair metal and show tunes.
Bro, he went to the city and stayed out all night. Dude went 5AM Vince on the crew!
Dayyumm! She went ALL 5AM Vince on his ass!

A vain yet hilarious man portrayed by Noel Fielding on the BBC TV show The Mighty Boosh. Most famous for his hairstyle and boots but also for his humour and the fact every indie girl who reads NME fanices the pants off him.

Vince Neil is the lead vocalist for Mötley Crüe, a heavy/glam metal band emerging in thr 1980's in L.A's 'Sunset Strip.' Increased in popularity in 1989 with the album and song, 'Dr. Feelgood.' Gets the ladies and gigs by the ton, still going hard. Salute to Vince! Living, breathing, singing legend, along with his three other bandmates, Nikki Sixx (bass), Mick Mars (guitar) and Tommy Lee (drums).

A very aggressive species of an intellectually disabled descent. Vince's are known to growl, bark and bite other people. It's favourite food is raw meat and a Schmacko for a snack
Guy: "Dude, I saw a Vicious Vince last night!"
Other Guy: "Bro did he bite you?"
Guy:" Yeah man, I had to amputate."
