a Yarn-valanche apparently consists of a veritable avalanche of yarn or other crocheted items. These could include anything from a knitted sweater, to a comfy blanket or even a simple ball of yarn.

Jean Valjean is the main character in the amazing Les Misèrables. Les Misèrables is a musical about the French Revolution. Jean Valjean was a prisoner for stealing a loaf of bread and escapes from prison. Javert the police inspector follows him around for years. Jean Valjean is the father of Cosette.
