Trumping

A long-winded self-aggrandizing statement/speech that has no basis in truth, facts or reality, presented to a friendly crowd or docile captive audience, in place of a prepared statement/speech. Such statements/speeches are usually characterized by exaggerations, half-truths or outright lies, and the hauling of insults at perceived enemies or opponents of the speaker.

Pal: Is he reading from his prepared statement?
Fun: No, he's trumping! He abandoned the prepared statement after two minutes!!

tripping out

When a person's conscience is in the act of no longer subjecting itself to reality.
It can be anywhere from decreased ability to function due to lack of sleep, to the process of going batshit insane.

Most commonly it's seen used for people under the effects of Hallucinogens (i.e. psychedelics, dissociatives, and deliriants)
Another use is if they are panicking due to some sort of shock, paranoia, or fear.
Generally anything that effects a persons conscience to a degree where it can't function at it's normal performance can cause them to start 'tripping out'.

It is not reserved for use on or by someone under the influence of drugs.

P1: Hey man, Dave took my shrooms, have you seen him around?
P2: Sorry man, I haven't, he's probably tripping out by now.
Dave: Duuuuuude, I'm tripping out!

Used a lot in mainstream college-student-made horror movies.
Sometimes by the first/second person to die or later by one of the victims who's loosing his grip on reality.

being srongly under the affects of LSD or psychedelic mushrooms. this is a superlative of tripping, and a contraction of the phrase "tripping one's balls off". unless someone is new to the drug, or very sensitive to it, at least 5 or 6 hits are necessary to trip balls.

Tripping balls

When you are tripping on a hallucinogenic drug, and you are tripping so hard that you can't comprehend anything, memories are flashing before your eyes(kinda like your life flashes before your eyes), the walls seem like they are caving in on you, everything is scary as fuck, when people talk to you you cant hear them cause the caving walls are too loud, you can't comprehend what breathing is, what does drinking liquid do, you go fucking insane, you think you might be dying or already dead, your veins are pulsating all over, you think crazy things like that you can walk through walls and you control everything cause the world is all made up in your head, and other crazy shit. I know this cause all that shit happened to me after i took some acid and smoked. That my friend is tripping balls. If its not, I don't know what is.
