In exercises, it'd be like going through a regimen of situps, then followed by push-ups, followed by stretches, and then maybe situps again.
All systematic, all pre-planned.

Retired Wild Child

People who during their youths were very adventurous and often participated in crazy activities but have since matured and have grown out of the so called "wild child" phase.

Someone not interested in college parties because they partied so much in high school.

Reimers

The last name of the chosen one. If in a pair of siblings, the youngest is the heir to the throne of chosen-ness. They will also be the coolest person in the world.

I was lucky enough to meet a guy with the last name Reimers, and he was the the coolest guy in the world.

Upland Highland Regiment

Arguably one of the most successful marching band programs in California. The Upland Highland Regiment has received numerous first place and sweepstakes awards in Bands Of America, Western Band Association, and SCSBOA events. The Regiment has been a finalist every year it's competed in Regional Championships and in 2004 was the Las Vegas Regional Champion followed by the 2005 Southern California Regional Champion and the 2005 FlagStaff preliminary class AAA champion. In October of 2006 Upland was named the 2006 Los Angeles Regional Champion making them Western Regional Champions 3 years running. The Upland Highland Regiment went undefeated in 2005 in Western Band Association up untill WBA Finals in which they placed 2nd. The Upland Instrumental Music Department is a very well rounded program which includes three concert bands, two jazz ensembles and a very active winter percussion and winter guard program.

Retireded

The act of being incredibly stupid, bordering on retarded due to excessive tiredness.

Can be caused by refusing to sleep at lan events, drinking too much mountain dew/red bull/coke, or generally being worn down.

Separate from retarded as the condition is generally alleviated by rest, whereas retarded people are usually afflicted with it indefinitely.

(During a clan match at 3am)

"Damn, why did you shoot me in the head, you teamkilling prick?"

"Sorry man, I am acting retireded"

Relating to the retired world and the impact of retired things, being old, or old minded behavior, on the person or others.

Person 1: "My Grandmother is thinking about getting a Town & Country car."
Person 2: "Oh, how retiremental of her."
