micromanaged and verbally abused on a daily bases , "for their own good". You are constantly setup to fail, people backstab and gossip about you and cage fights are organized every week so that a corporate psychopath can sadistically put you down in front of everyone with malignant narcissistic abuse. Policies are put in place to break you without mercy, constantly monitoring and searching for things to use against you. Certain rules only apply to you because your days are numbered and you must be bullied relentlessly until you break and anything you do will be seen as a potential insult to the "intellect" of the person in the lead. When you leave the company a prepared smear campaign is made to use against you and anything you say back at the company is met with threats and other forms of manipulation at the highest level.
TRUE HERO's are born escaping a place like this and leaving a definition behind for others to be warned about...
