pothead pouch

Any sort of case, wallet, bag, pouch or sack (commonly black, red, yellow and green) used by a pothead to carry any and all tools for smoking. These tools may include but are not limited to: a pipe, grinder, lighter, papers, blunt wrap, eye drops, gum, mouthwash, cologne, air freshener, bubbler, and of course the weed!

Person 1: "Hey man, why do you have a makeup purse in your car?"

Person 2: "Nah man, this is no purse, this is a pothead pouch..."

1. A person who enjoys the feeling of being high more than not. 2. Usually a functional member of society who can do a bong hit and still function at work or at home. 3. Someone who has to constantly defend their habit of smoking pot to people who think they are potheads. 4. Laid back, usually unintentionally hilariarous people, who have successful lives with jobs and homes and everything. These people rarely progress to using HARD DRUGS (anything other than pot). 5. Someone who believes that anything that grows naturally out of God's green Earth is not an unacceptable item for human consumption. If you have to cook it up, THEN it's a hard drug.

A person that would literally take 2 minutes to answer what 2+2 is because he’s always high AF but takes 1hr doing a test and get a 100 .They Usually haves good grades and like to talk about politics and conspiracy theories when smoking, but stay forgetting what they talking about .
