A very forbidden and illegal black market located in China where sneakerheads and other types of rednecks will purchase counterfeit goods, probably made by a 8 year old kid with cancer in a factory where the only dishes available are pieces of plastic and silica gel.

Code Panda

A code, commonly announced overhead in urban Emergency Departments for assistance in medicating and restraining a violent or intoxicated patient. The code is used to avoid announcing a "take-down", which would warn a patient that he will be restrained. Originated at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx.

We had to code panda a naked man on K2 the other day.
