A pass black people can give to the NON BLACKS which has unlimited use. Unless the one who gave the pass take it away anytime to anyone.

The n word pass can only be granted by people who are 70% black. Once a black person gives a white person either a verbal or physical n word pass the white person is allowed to say the n word. How long and how many times you may say the n word is determined by the black friend.
