Inclusion Rider

Inclusion Rider”, also referred to as a legal rider, which is an attachment or amendment applied to a legal document in order to modify it without rewriting it but to stipulate in this case equality (i.e. specifically gender & racial representation in productions).
Attach the Inclusion Rider to your contracts that ensures gender and racial parity in productions.
