A person who takes things to seriously and is unable to form opinions outside of socially excepted norms. A Hess also has a very hard time having fun or being spontaneous and frowns upon those that are fun and spontaneous.

Person 1:Can you guys stop dancing and playing music? It’s 2:30 in the afternoon!

Person 2:Wow, you are such a Hess! Do you even know what fun is?
