Because of the low population of the town and the lack of things to do people will always spy on because they have nothing else to do to fulfill their lifetime.
And if something happens, the next day everybody will know.
If you are a student however your life will be normal until you start middle school, Because when you start Middle School not just will the school will suck but you are also gonna question your existence every day. also, all your friends will later become junkies and (or) sell drugs.
