A person who lies, usually small lies. Someone who manufactures lies in a believable way.

Johnny won't stay out of his sister's room so:

Sister: Mom Johnny stole my diary! (lie, fibrication)

Mom: Johnny come here right now! (a proper thrashing ensues).

Later-

Johnny to sister: Your such a fibricator. (That night Johnny does steal the diary, and passes out pages at school. Mom then finds out through facebook that her daughter's a whore.)

-Well, I always thought that she was a manipulative psycho bitch. Maybe now she'll get some professional help.
-For being a hypochondriac?
-Hypochondriac? Hell, doesn't she have Munchausen syndrome?
-The ICD says it's a legitimate disease now.

Fibromyalgia

A name of a group of symptoms that masquerades semantically as a cause but isn't. A meaningless diagnosis of exclusion when doctors give up on finding the cause of their patients' neurological symptoms. Often goes hand in hand with gaslighting the patient and telling them the symptoms are psychosomatic.

The doctor told me my weird leg pain was just fibromyalgia and to get on with my life, but really I know it's probably due to intermittent spinal cord compression.
