Crusted

A term used to define the way one feels the morning after a night of smoking, eating, or by any means ingesting cannabis (Similar to what a hangover is for alcohol). Some symptoms of being "crusted" may include a dry mouth, pasty-feeling skin, slight dizziness, tiredness, and an overall feeling of lethargy and apathy.

Dude, I smoked a huge amount of weed last night! I was so crusted this morning, I couldn't get out of my bed for hours!

Custees is a street term meaning feens, junkies, regular users and buyers of large quantities of illegal drugs. Drugs such as marijuana, cocaine, heroin, and ecstasy.

The act of cleaning one's own mess (especially concerning personal hygiene) made in a public place, such as cleaning your hair out of the community shower or wiping "sprinkle" off the toilet seat, simply out of courtesy for the rest of the general public who have to use the utility after you.

Sharon always courtesy custodians her toothpaste out of the sink when she's living in the dorms.

I went to use the bathroom the other day to find a pube on the seat; people really need to learn how to courtesy custodian.
