When an organization cannot get anything accomplished in a reasonable amount of time; A lack of quick turn around.

When an organization, primarily a bureaucracy, cannot get shit done because of back log and/or inefficiency.

homework constipation

When you have absolutely no motivation to do homework for an extended period of time, and all the assignments are due on the same day. This causes the workload to pile up, and you end up having to slowly crank out each assignment one-by-one the day/night before it's all due.

"I have two calculus assignments, a 10-page paper, a chemistry assignment, and a biology lab report due on Wednesday. It's Monday night and I haven't even started."

"Wow. Sounds like you have a case of homework constipation."

Tit-Constipation

When you can feel the milk coming up to your breast but it won't come out. Similar to regular constipation but for your boobs (men can get this if they really want to).

Person 1 "I was trying to feed my baby the other day but the milk wouldn't come out"
Person 2 "Fucking hell you've got Tit-Constipation"
Person 1 "FUCK!!!"

Retail Constipation

When you’ve worked in a retail job for so long, you’ve learned to hold back any bodily excretions that hit you mid-shift, even if you are slowly dying behind the register needing a bathroom break. Usually developed in a medium to fast paced job that demands full attention to the task at hand or in a single staffed establishment where the employee cannot leave with customers in the store alone.

After working in a shoe retail store for 5 years, I’ve developed retail constipation. Now I hardly take bathroom breaks anymore.
