A play on the word "pickup artist", incorporating the popular slang term Autist. A neck beard, fedora wearer, or any other socially awkward forever-alone type that somehow fancies themselves to be very good with women. Usually using words like "m'lady" and other chivalrous vocabulary pulled from a thesaurus to work their magic. They often lash out at women when this fails, evolving into mras.

That huge guy just asked me if I'd "fancy a drink". I think I found a real pickup autist.

This would define someone on the spectrum who is extremely annoying (mostly SJWs and weird geek types ), who will think themselves above neurotypical people.
An autista-fag is the perfect balance between an opinionated faggot and an autistic egocentric person.

You will meet many autista-fags nowadays and the best way to handle them is just ignore them, there is nothing worse for them than not getting attention.

Autistic

Of a person (or animal) who's neurodiverse or has autism, possibly caused by a mutation on chromosome 15 before development and birth. These people are normal but may have sensory, behavioral, and social differences. Otherwise, autistic individuals are either smart or intellectually impaired, sensory oversensitive or sensory undersensitive, unique, and creative. Neurodiversity is not retardation or taboo but a blessing and a personality trait.

Stupid: "You retarded?"
Me: "No, I'm autistic."
Stupid: "That explains why you're weird and probably stupid."
Me: "Oh, so an animal science nerd is stupid!? Spell 'intelligence'."
Stupid: "..."
Me: "Uh-huh! That's what I thought!"

I'm actually autistic, so if I ever encounter someone this stupid, I will just show them this.
